1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PrintSource America website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Business accounts and Net-30 terms are subject to credit approval and may be modified or revoked.
3. Orders & Pricing
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing, descriptions, or images.
4. Payment & Net-30 Terms
We accept major credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and purchase orders for approved Net-30 business accounts. For Net-30 accounts, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Past-due balances may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month (or the maximum permitted by law) and may result in suspension of credit terms. You authorize us to charge applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details on methods, timeframes, and costs.
6. Returns
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Product Warranty
PrintSource America products are backed by a two-year limited quality guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal depletion. Our compatible products meet or exceed OEM specifications; brand names are referenced for compatibility only and remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintSource America shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions may not apply to you.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, and the PrintSource America name and logo—is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks are used solely to indicate compatibility.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
