We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right—with a replacement or a refund, your choice. Every PrintSource America product is also backed by a two-year limited quality guarantee.
2. 30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Defective products are covered beyond this window under our warranty (see Section 6).
3. Eligibility
- Unopened products in original, resalable packaging are eligible for a full refund.
- Opened but defective products are eligible for replacement or refund under our guarantee.
- Custom, special-order, or clearance items may be non-returnable; this will be noted at purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.
4. How to Start a Return
- Contact us at [email protected], call (800) 555-7768, or open a request from your customer portal.
- We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off with the designated carrier.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement promptly.
Return shipping is free for defective items and order errors on our part. For other returns, a prepaid label may be deducted from your refund only where noted.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return (bank posting times vary). Net-30 account returns are credited to your account balance. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Defective Products & Warranty Claims
If a product is defective or fails to perform to specification within its two-year warranty period, we'll replace it free of charge or issue a refund. In the rare event a defect in our product causes damage to your printer, contact us immediately—our guarantee covers qualified repair or replacement of the affected device.
