1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $9.95. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout and priced by carrier rates and destination.
2. Order Processing Times
Most in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin once the order ships and are not guaranteed; carrier delays can occur.
4. Service Areas
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (surcharges may apply). We currently do not ship internationally. PO Box delivery is available for eligible small-parcel orders.
5. Order Tracking
Every shipment includes tracking. Track your order anytime from our Order Tracking page or your customer portal.
6. Business & Multi-Site Fulfillment
Business accounts can ship to multiple locations on a single order, schedule recurring deliveries through subscription reordering, and arrange consolidated freight for high-volume needs. Contact your account manager or our wholesale team to set this up.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains the wrong items, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We'll investigate with the carrier and promptly send a replacement or issue a refund. Please retain all packaging for damage claims.
