1. Our Commitment
PrintSource America is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to give all customers equal access to our products and services.
2. Conformance Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. We also strive to align with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508.
3. Measures We Take
- Accessibility is included in our design and development standards.
- We test with keyboard navigation and assistive technologies.
- We use semantic HTML, descriptive labels, and sufficient color contrast.
- We review accessibility as part of our ongoing site updates.
4. Accessibility Features
- "Skip to content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Logical heading structure and landmark regions.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout the site.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and descriptive link text.
- Forms with associated labels and clear error guidance.
- A navy, white, and gray palette chosen for strong text contrast.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and resolve any issues. Third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not fully meet our standards; we encourage providers to improve their accessibility.
